Please check the contents below based on the platform of the app you are using.

Android: Check if the account holder is verified when trying to transfer money from other bank to the account number you want to register.

iOS: Currently, account registration is not possible due to a problem in the app. This issue will be resolved upon next update.

If you have encountered any other problems above, please report them through the customer center or contract us.
